We’re looking for an amazing Recruitment/ BD Officer to join our team! 

 

Duties will include:

  • Actively recruiting for our E&IC project roles within the Mining & Infrastructure industries
  • Forging relationships with clients and potential clients for business development purposes
  • Regular liaison with existing clients and personnel to ensure project team success and positive relations
  • Building a contractor and client database for use during peak periods of project/ personnel demand
  • Additional admin duties as/ when required

 

Experience/ skills required:

  • Min 3-5 years Recruitment experience 
  • E&IC experience within the Mining & Infrastructure industries
  • Demonstrated Business Development exposure
  • Client and personnel liaison/ relation building experience
  • Energetic personality with the drive and foresight to advance business success
