Following the discovery of significant new deposits of Nickel, copper and silver at the Jaguar-Bentley mine site, SG Controls were engaged to design and commissioning the mine site and processing facility’s control systems. This covered the mine conveyors, crushing and milling plant and all process supporting facilities. Since completion, SG Controls have provided regular control systems support for upgrades and site expansions.


  • The Jaguar/Bentley Operation, located 60km north of Leonora, comprises of the Jaguar and Bentley copper-zinc-silver underground mines and milling operation
  • SG Controls carried out the initial electrical, controls and instrumentation design and commissioning
  • Also provided controls support of all plant maintenance shutdowns and upgrade projects since start-up, in 2007.
